About us
Lunaya Maleny (ABN: to be added) is a small handmade jewellery and accessories shop at 44 Maple Street, Maleny QLD 4552, Australia. These terms cover purchases made through lunaya.com.au. Buying from us means you accept them.
Our products
Everything we sell is handmade in small batches. Slight variations in colour, texture, stones and finish are part of the charm of a handmade piece, not a fault. Product photos are as true to life as we can make them, but screens differ.
Prices & payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Square — including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay where available — and your card details never touch our servers. Your order is confirmed once payment is complete. Occasionally a one-of-a-kind piece sells in our physical shop moments before your online payment; if that happens we'll refund you in full straight away.
Shipping
We ship Australia-wide. Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days via Australia Post, and shipping is free on orders over $150. You'll receive tracking by email once your parcel is on its way. International shipping isn't offered at this stage — get in touch if you'd like to arrange something.
Returns & refunds
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If something arrives faulty or isn't as described, we'll make it right with a repair, replacement or full refund — contact us within a reasonable time of receiving your order.
Changed your mind? We're happy to exchange or provide a store credit within 14 days, provided the piece is unworn and in its original condition. For hygiene reasons we can't accept change-of-mind returns on earrings. Return postage for change-of-mind is at your cost.
Caring for your piece
Handmade jewellery likes to be treated kindly: keep it away from perfume, salt water and sleep, and store it dry. Care instructions are included with your order; damage from normal wear and tear or improper care isn't covered as a fault.
Your privacy
We collect only what we need to serve you: your contact details when you write to us or create an account, and your order details when you buy. Payments are handled by Square (see Square's privacy policy) — we never see or store card numbers. We use Microsoft 365 to send and receive email. We don't sell or share your information with anyone for marketing. To access or delete the information we hold about you, email [email protected].
The legal bits
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. If we update these terms, the version published here at the time of your order applies.
